Onyx Taxi Service

Onyx Rehabilitation provides a taxi service to enable clients to attend medical / rehabilitation appointments.

Our duty is to ensure clients who require transportation to enable them to carry out daily duties, such as attending work, medical appointments, or shopping, have a taxi arranged promptly and at a reasonable price.

We arrange the taxi for individual clients by prepaying for the journey. This ensures we get the journey at the best price. Onyx Rehabilitation can monitor the use of the taxi, ensuring the cap is maintained and the reason for the journey is appropriate for the client. A spreadsheet will be presented monthly for payment with the details of the journey, the reason for the journey, and the individual journey cost.

This will replace the use of utilising external companies that cannot provide the detail required and charge a top slice percentage fee for every journey taken.
