The Physio Clinic assists people with a range of physical and functional limitations. We aim to help people maintain their health and fitness, recover from and prevent injuries, and reduce pain through exercise, movement, and therapy.
Our experienced physiotherapists can assess and treat a wide range of conditions, inclusive of but not limited to the following list of commonly treated issues:

Physiotherapy

The Prevention Service is designed to help you stay active and pain-free by identifying injury/pain patterns and risks, improving movement patterns, strengthening identified weaknesses, and building the foundations for your body to be functional and active for a well-lived future.
Yoga, Breathwork, and Recovery
A personalised yoga, breathwork, and recovery coaching service, combining expert clinical knowledge with holistic practices to support your well-being and long-term health.
Functional Strength and Movement Training
Our physiotherapist-led functional movement and strength training service is delivered in a private gym space, focussed on building resilience, improving mobility, and enhancing performance through safe, tailored and graded exercise.
Back on Track
Our BackOnTrack scheme is designed to help both employees and employers avoid loss of earnings and long-term issues arising from injury/pain.
Sports Massage
Sports massage focuses on enhancing circulation, increasing tissue elasticity and reducing muscle tension. Sports massage also promotes recovery and is a great adjunct to any other training that you’re engaging in. The benefits of sports massage extend beyond the immediate effects and into relaxation, mental well-being and injury prevention.
