Say Hello to our HR Manager/Director

Although she has always been one of the Directors of the business, Louisa had previously worked as a Primary School Teacher and Dog Walker and has a Level 3 Certification in Safeguarding Children and Adults.

Shortly after having her beautiful daughter, she was ready to take on a brand-new and exciting challenge – hence why she joined the team at Onyx Rehabilitation as HR Manager.

From orchestrating staff appraisals and training sessions to reading reports, emailing insurers and solicitors, and updating policies, Louisa’s role is very varied.

Away from work, Louisa loves spending time with her family and taking their flat-coated Retriever, Asha, to dog training, in preparation for shows.
