A sports massage focuses on enhancing circulation, increasing tissue elasticity and reducing muscle tension. Sports massage is also used to help relieve tight muscles. Muscle tightness can limit flexibility, increase pain and cause future injuries.

The musculoskeletal assessment involves testing the client’s strength, range of motion, reflex & sensory function, gait analysis and trigger points. The assessment will enable us to create a management plan which will be monitored and modified when necessary.

Gait Analysis


Clinical gait analysis is the evaluation and measurement of the biomechanical walking function, the relation between the upper body and the lower body, and the dislocation of the gravity centre. The gait analysis can support and enhance clinical diagnosis, decision making, and patient clinical case follow-up.

Bespoke Exercise programming and coaching


A personal trainer will create an individual training programme and work with you either virtually or face 2 face. The programme will be accessible from all devices using Google Drive with video instructions for every exercise.
